Drive In

Providing the highest density storage possible, drive-in racking is a very cost effective way of storing a large number of pallets in a relatively small space compared to standard APR.

Pallets are stored in lanes several pallets deep which means that while storage capacity is high, not every pallet is available at the pick face, operating on the “First in Last Out” (FILO) principle.

This is ideal when storing large quantities of the same product or a small range of products which can each be assigned their own aisle.

Another major advantage of this type of installation is that it provides high volume storage while exerting no pressure on adjoining pallets and is suitable for pallets with unstable loads.
